5. AI Functionality

The Service may include AI-powered features that generate responses based on your uploaded content.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
• You remain solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of any AI-generated content before relying on it.
• Fylos does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

AI functionality is provided as a tool to assist you, not to replace human judgment.

6. Electronic Signatures

The Service may allow users to create and request electronic signatures.

Fylos provides the technical infrastructure for electronic signing but does not:

• Guarantee the legal enforceability of any document.
• Act as a party to any agreement.
• Provide legal advice.

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

7. Subscriptions, Billing and Payment

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription.

By subscribing, you agree:

• To pay all applicable fees.
• That subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• That fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Fylos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

In no event shall Fylos' total liability arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the total amount paid by you to Fylos in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fylos, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your Customer Content.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in The Netherlands, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
